We did all kinds of fun stuff this summer. We didn't go anywhere like we normally do. We took one trip to Round Valley to visit family at the beginning of the summer and that was it.
So we found some things to do here. I have mentioned it before, the town parks and rec. put on Fun Fabulous Fridays every week all summer. We made it to several of them! They were lots of fun for the kids! Lots of running around and games! I posted about the first one HERE! It was still somewhat cool that day. The next week it was sooooooooo hot, just standing around make me feel sick. They keep the kids good and hydrated though.
So the 2nd week we went the theme was Boot Camp! So they played drill style games. Corbin was the only one to join in that week. I don't know how he kept up with it being so hot! But he played along and kept up and had a good time for the most part!
My other 3 decided playing on the playground was a better way to spend the morning!

The zoo man came again...He brought the same animals. So the kids were a bit disappointed. But he also brought and Hissing Cockroach and brought out the Leopard Gecko so the kids could see. My kids and another girl were the only kids there.
